All regular concrete classes are available. In addition; using modern batch equipment and several different SIKA admixtures, HP Concrete is capable of designing and producing highly specialized concrete mixes, including but not limited to:

Quality Control

  • Internal testing of incoming aggregate and sand deliveries.
  • 3 cube-samples taken for each batch leaving the plant.
  • Slum test carried out on each batch.
  • Recording of moisture content for raw materials to adjust water-cement ratio.
  • Third party testing carrying out routinely.

Raw Materials

  • HP Concrete uses Aggregate from certified quarries only.
  • High quality sand from different sand-pits around lake Victoria. Each delivery is tested internally.
  • Certified bulk cement from HIMA & KCCL

About Us

Company Background

HP Concrete went into operations early 2014. Our fully computerized batching plant ensures consistent quality and quantity for each delivery. Two cement silos with a backup cup-elevator provides flexibility in receiving both bulk cement and bags. 250KVa generator and water-backup tanks enables the plant to operator under most conditions. Focus is on quality and service.

Our Capacity

  • Batch mixer output is 60m3 per hour.
  • Mixer trucks: 5 trucks with 9m3 capacity each.
  • Supply method; trucks equipped with conveyor belt and a 34m mobile pump is available.
  • Delivery time is monitored with online GPS systems.
